The first one of these rooms being the living room where you will find the TV area and its nice flat screen and the open kitchen equipped with a back kitchen where you will find all the equipment along with 2 wine cellars.

The living room is prolongated outside by the covered terrace where you will find the dining table. Surrounded by palm trees, the BBQ area will be the most convivial area of the villa for your evening grills.

At the cutting edge of modernity, the pergola is equipped with integrated breaking view screens and remote-controlled rotating slats which will allow you to either protect yourself or fully enjoy the Caribbean Sun.

Next to the living room, the bedrooms 1 and 2 are next door to each other and only accessible by the outdoor. Comfortable, they are equipped with a king size bed, a nice flat screen integrated at the end of the bed and a private bathroom and they both have a direct access to the overflowing pool. Although it is important to note that each one of them has its own particularity as the first bedrooms, which is the Master, has a nice dressing room whereas the second bedroom has a panoramic view over the sea. The third bedroom, on a lower floor, has a more intimate environment, is surrounded by a tropical garden and opens onto the private covered terrace.

The private pool and its surrounding deck is the perfect area to relax on one of the numerous sunbeds and chill while admiring the beauty of the endless sea. Lovely at every hour of the day but especially during sunset, this idyllic view will charm you for the entire duration of your holiday in St-Barths.

A few minutes away by car from the white sanded beach of Lorient and all its activities such as surfing, Villa Rock is also not far from the Lagoon of Grand-Cul-de-Sac where you will be able to meet numerous sea turtles and swim alongside them.
