Scale of fees

Transaction fees - all types of mandate

• HOUSES AND APARTMENTS: 6% maximum including tax of the sale price
• LAND: 6% maximum including tax of the sale price
• SHOPS: 8% maximum including tax of the sale price

-The fees are the responsibility of the seller, the prices indicated are Agency Fees Included (HAI)

-Degressive adjustments may be made depending on the importance of our intervention and the price of the goods.

NO FEES OR EXPENSES ARE DUE BEFORE CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT

In the event of delegation of mandate, the applicable fees are those of the agency having received the initial mandate

Seasonal rental fees -All types of mandate

• 22.5% of the rental price, payable by the owner
• 10% maximum service charge payable by the tenant
• 5% tourist tax payable by the tenant, donated to the Community of Saint-Barthélemy
