One of the advantages of this property is its proximity with all the shops located at the base of the hill. Indeed, the property is only seconds away from a supermarket, a bakery and a restaurant, but also of a beauty center and some different shops.

Important to note that due to its location, Villa Bikini is also located a few minutes away from Lorient Beach, its fine sand and crystal waters which is a well-known spot for surf aficionados.

At the entrance of the property, you will be welcome by your private heated pool surrounded by a wooden deck and some sunbeds. Open to the exterior, the living room is very comfortable and cosy. It communicates with the kitchen which is fully equipped and open over the dining area. The dining table, located outdoor and under the covered terrace will be perfect for your diners or BBQs.

The Master bedroom, slightly more spacious, opens onto the living room or the corridor and is equipped with a very large dressing leading to the other bedrooms.

All 3 bedrooms have a private access to the pool and to the living areas. All located on a different floor, for more intimacy, each one of them is equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable King Size bed, a flat screen with French channels et an nicely designed bathroom.

It is important to note that the 3rd bedrooms also has a private terrace.
