Designed on 2 different levels, you will find the living room with its fully equipped kitchen, on the ground floor, to be spacious and comfortable but also open to the exterior and the large covered terrace. The area being protected from the wind, the livings room gets as much sun as possible without being windy which allows you to fully enjoy the French West Indies weather. On the covered terrace, the dinning area equipped with a BBQ, will be exquisite to enjoy your lunches facing the sea.

From the terrace, you have a direct access to the overflowing pool and its large teck terrace which also enjoy an outstanding view over the crystal waters. The perfect spot for a relaxing moment by the pool. Also, it is important to note that the access to the pool is secured by a gate which makes it perfect for holidays with the little ones.

4 bedrooms are organised on 2 levels, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on a lower floor. They all have access to a covered terrace and a fantastic view over the Anse of Pointe Milou.
