Historically one of the first properties located on the Bay of St-Jean, this now 3 bedrooms villa, has evolved over time while keeping its authentic Caribbean vibe and remains today a representation of the Caribbean lifestyle.

Located in the heart of one of the most animated areas in St-Barths, its location allows you to be connected to all the day and night activities of our beautiful island while still having the opportunity to enjoy quiet and relaxing moments.

Villa Reverie is a decent sized estate located right on the Beach of St-Jean. When arriving on the property, you will enter a large parking surrounded by tree and greenery that completely cuts you off from the activities going on outside. Stepping out of your car, your feet will already be in the sand, that is to say if the beach is close by.

You will then climb a couple of steps and find yourself on your private terrace, between the main house and the separated bungalow with the endless Caribbean Sea at your feet.

Turning left, you will enter the main house composed of a comfortable living room and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, perfect to prepare homemade family dinners that you will later on enjoy on the outdoor dining area facing the crystal waters of St-Jean Bay.

There you will also have access to 2 bedrooms, furnished with comfortable bedding and equipped with air-conditioning. It is important to note that these rooms are facing each other, which make it the perfect layout when you are travelling with your children. They are also allowing privacy; in case you are travelling with friends.

 Going back to the terrace and headed to the right, you will find yourself in the separate bungalow. This third bedroom is equipped in the same way than the other 2 but also allows more freedom as it is separated from the main house and therefore has its own entrance.

Needless to say, that the best thing about this villa is indeed the location. Not only do you have the largest swimming pool of the island at your feet (the Caribbean Sea), not to mention your own private jacuzzi in the sand overlooking the Bay, you are only minutes away by foot from many other activities.

Within 2 minutes of the property, you will find one of the most original gyms you have ever been to. Completely outdoors, with a wooden decor, a juice bar and all the equipment you may think of, it is feet in the sand that you will get to do your exercises. The Caribbean way!

If you walk a little longer, you will find yourself at the entrance of a nature reserve with a walking path especially designed for your health. When entering this wildlife area, your will be taken all around a pond, surrounded by trees and greenery and it will feel like you are somewhere else. If you observe carefully, you might see some rare birds, and even some iguanas.

Finally, if you go a tiny bit further, you will find yourself in the sport area of the island. There you will find a stadium, tennis courts, swimming pool, archery… Should you wish to exercise or try some new activities, you can always book a class and give a go to a new experience.
