Built on 2 levels, you will find there a large living room with a nice TV area and a beautiful flat screen and a fully equipped an open kitchen on the higher level. The numerous bay windows give a direct access to the covered terrace which will offer you a nice view over the sea. On each side of the living room, you will find the Master bedroom and the second bedroom that both enjoy a lovely view over the Caribbean water.

From the covered terrace, a very luminous and large flight of stairs will lead you to your private pool and to a second terrace dedicated to relaxation with its numerous sunbeds but also some games such as the ping-pong table. Laying down to enjoy the French West Indies Sun and immerged in the large pool or the jacuzzi, your villa be able to admire the magnificent view over Gustavia and the Caribbean Sea.

All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, exception made for the bedroom 3 and 4 that are equipped with twin beds, they all have a private bathroom and a great wifi connection. The bedrooms 3 to 5 are on a lower level, next to each other and accessible from the outside. In the bungalow or 5th bedroom, which is slightly isolated from the other bedrooms, you will also find a small kitchen giving you a total independence from the main house if wanted.

Only a few minutes away by car from the dynamic area of Saint-Jean, its large beach and its seafront restaurants where you will be able to eat feet in the sand, this property is ideally located to allow you to enjoy the best that St-Barths has to offer.
