It is a very intriguing property because of its location and it breathtaking view over Anse St-Jean. The large covered terrace with it living area surrounds the private pool which makes it the perfect area to relax under the Caribbean sun while looking at the sea.

The kitchen is located in a separated bungalow next to the pool which opens onto a covered terrace hosting a dining table. Fully equipped, the kitchen has 2 fridges, numerous closets and a BBQ area facing the sea. The indoor living room is located in the central unit which give access to 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and one on an upper floor which is very spacious. The 4th bedrooms is located in a separated bungalow.

All bedrooms are comfortably furnished, air-conditioned and have their own private bathroom with double basin. Exception made for the 3rd bedroom which is on the first floor and accessible via a flight of stairs, the house is a one-storey house.

Ideally located, the property is not far from the center of the animated area of St-Jean and its beautiful white sand beach, its chic boutiques and its famous restaurants where you can eat feet in the sand such as the Sand Bar et Eden Rock or the Nikki Beach.

All of these activities are accessible within 2 minutes by car or 10-15 minutes by foot.
